Purpose
The
mission of the Nevada Sentencing Commission, Subcommittee on Misdemeanors is to
undertake a comprehensive review of misdemeanor offenses in Nevada, in order to
make data-informed, substantive recommendations to promote justice and fairness
across all misdemeanor systems in this State.
